Chris joined Ausfine in 1999 and is now the Managing Director. With hands on experience at major Australian dairy processors and a Diploma of Applied Science in Food/Dairy Technology, Chris’ sales and entrepreneurial drive have successfully steered Ausfine Foods through a period of extensive growth. Chris has extensive experience and knowledge of global cheese markets, dairy trading, risk management including successful hedging strategies and future trading.


Garry joined Ausfine in January 2010 at the beginning of what has become a period of remarkable growth in the dairy trading division. Having operated in the international dairy industry for over 20 years, Garry brings a great deal of experience and long term industry relationships to Ausfine Foods. In early 2013, the growth of the business required a full time executive manager.  Garry’s extensive involvement in a variety of trading company environments and skills in finance, risk assessment, claims administration, logistics and staff management made him the ideal choice to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer.  He has brought great stability to the financial management, overseen the implementation of new international banking arrangements, coordinated the establishment of Ausfine’s custom built office and continues to provide valuable experience and support to the trading team.


Steve joined Ausfine in 2004. For over 20 years, Steve has gained extensive international trading experience in export meat sales. He specialises in all frozen/chilled meat and offal commodities from Australia and International origins. Steve is proudly a company partner and senior manager of the meat trading division, consistently selling to main markets including North America, China, South East Asia, Africa, Middle East region and welcomes any new inquiries. 


Matt has been with Ausfine for over 10 years and is now a board member and director.  Aside from board responsibilities Matt’s day to day focus is on dairy sales with particular focus on Powders and Fats. Matt also has in-depth knowledge of and experience in meeting the challenges of international logistics, supply chain solution and market access regulations.


Ausfine Philippines has seen steady growth since being established in 2010, and in 2014 transitioned from a representative office to a branch office.  Camilla joined the company as Country Manager in 2015  as a result of that development and continued growth.  Having more than 13 years experience in the Philippines, 8 of which was as Country Manager for an International logistics company, she has a wealth of management knowledge within the local setting and is skilled at integrating Western and Filipino business practices.  


In October 2014, Ausfine Foods Indonesia was established. Mei Ling joined the team to head up this new venture.  Mei has 13 years experience with one of the largest distribution companies in Indonesia as purchasing manager for commodities (dairy and meat).  She has extensive relationships with Indonesian importers and knowledge of local importation regulations. Mei has ability in finding the right product for each importers. She can also assist in forecasting and import permit regulation and procedures.
